I truly don't understand the negativity toward this place, I personally always have great Mediterranean food here. I will admit I've never dined in, but take out is always a breeze. I've gotten the greek salad, the chicken shawarma wrap, the falafel plate, and the chicken kabobs plate. I also love the tabbouleh. It's not the best Mediterranean food I've ever had (I'm spoiled being from a hub of Lebanese people and food), but it's the best I've had in Birmingham! It's always fresh and the staff have always been kind and helpful. Food takes a little longer than fast food, but what you are getting is also much better.
I don't understand why the reviews are so bad for this locations. They have a huge menu of all kinds of stuff, not just Mediterranean if it's not your thing (burgers, wings, etc). I visited here with my mom and sister during COVID. We were able to sit outside. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I had the Greek salad (added chicken). Surprisingly it also came with hummus and some pita bread, which was so good. The salad was fresh and the chicken delicious and only cost about $12. My mom and I shared some of the ranch fries. It's basically just French fries with Ranch dressing drizzled over it. They were delicious and we didn't leave a French fry behind. My sister had the wings and fries and said they were great. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. I would definitely come back here again.
